Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel an order before shipment by emailing connect.replax@gmail.com or contacting +91 7303119129. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

- Refunds processed within 24–48 hours - 2–3 additional days may be needed for bank reflection - COD refunds issued via bank transfer - Option for ReplaX coupons is available

Returns & Replacements

Customers may request returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging with labels and barcodes intact.

Non-Returnable Items

- Damaged products due to misuse - Items without original packaging - Used or altered products - Customized products - Personal care appliances (hygiene reasons)

Damaged / Wrong Items

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they may request a replacement or refund within 7 days.

Partial Returns

Customers may return individual items from a multi-item order as long as all components and freebies are returned.

Refund Timeline After Return

Refunds are issued after receiving and verifying returned products. Bank refunds require 24–48 hours + 2–3 days to reflect. COD refunds processed via bank transfer.
